I got 180 minutes of demorgan while the rule states that "5.5 LSPD/SAHP/FIB could patrol ghetto if there are more than two special officers. | Verbal Warning" I completely forgot while in heat of the case so that was also why it happened. I dont think demorgan is suitable for what I did and even the SR 5.5 states Verbal Varning should be given as a punishment.
