1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
One of the main reasons I want to become an admin is because I enjoy helping people and I want to give back to the server. I have been playing on the project for almost a year now and during that time I have learned a lot about the server, the rules, and how different situations should be handled.
I have spent a lot of time playing and meeting different people in the community. Over time I started helping players whenever I could, whether it was answering questions or explaining things to newer players. Because of that, I feel like becoming an admin would be the next step for me.
I understand that being an admin is a big responsibility and it is not just about having permissions. It means being active, fair, and helping players when they need it. I feel like I am ready for that responsibility and I am willing to put in the time and effort to help the server and its community. I want to help make sure everyone has a good experience and that new players feel welcome when they join.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
During my time on the server I have been part of EMS, the Police Department (LEO), and Rookies. While in LEO I reached the rank of First Officer and gained experience with traffic stops, responding to calls, and working with other officers. Being in these organizations helped me learn server rules, proper roleplay, teamwork, and how to handle different situations professionally.
3. What are your strengths?
My strengths are that I try to stay impartial, so I always look at both sides of a situation, review evidence, and make fair decisions.
I also have a strong work ethic. I do not like to slack off and I like to make sure things are done properly.
If I am at fault, I accept it and try to learn from it. I know everyone makes mistakes and I always try to improve myself from them.
4. What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I overthink things and keep checking my work repeatedly just to make sure everything is correct. I also tend to trust others too quickly.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
My experience and the time I have spent on the project have given me a strong understanding of both the state side and the server rules. My activity is also very good and I am available most of the time when needed.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business?
