Life Story
Gavinn Nocap was born in Atlanta, Georgia, in a small hospital on the south side. His grandmother raised him while his mother worked long hours at a diner. They bonded over crime dramas, and Gavinn dreamed of being a police officer from a young age. His father was often absent and struggled with addiction, creating chaos at home. After witnessing his mother get hurt by his father, Gavinn intervened one night, which led to him being severely injured and hospitalized. This experience changed everything. Once he recovered, his mother quickly moved them to San Andreas to escape their past. Although it was difficult at first, they found support in a close-knit community called NoCap, which helped them build a new life. San Andreas became their home. Gavinn’s mother found stability, and he discovered his calling. He became a police officer, motivated by the desire to ensure no one else experiences the fear he felt as a child waiting for help that never arrived
Career Story
Gavinn Nocap is in his third term with the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) and is feeling pretty disillusioned lately. Growing up in Atlanta, he always wanted to be a cop, inspired by crime shows he watched with his grandmother. He started out excited to serve his community, but now he's frustrated with all the red tape and corruption in the system. It makes him think that maybe being a little corrupt himself could actually help him make a bigger difference. He finds himself tempted by the idea that bending the rules could give him the power and resources to bring about real change, even if it means going against the values he once held dear. Now, Gavinn is at a tough crossroads: should he stick to his ideals or give in to the lure of corruption for quicker results?
Outcomes:
1- Legion can take bribes. ( up to 100k and illegal items on the suspect )
2- Legion can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3- Legion can work together with other corrupt officers or agents.
4- Legion can sell, buy or use any type of weapons for his personal safety and profit. ( exception: gears from org warehouse)
5- Legion can leak information in exchange for money or favors.
6- Legion can break laws to help arrest people and use his position in Government (Only IC laws never break OOC laws)
7- Legion can smash and break bodycams (by using /try, 2 times per situation and if he find a bodycam breaks it by using /do breaks bodycam).
8- Legion can break a friend, family, or random person out of jail or detention. (Using the blackmarket job or request through IC methods)
