Dear En2 Higher Ups
Please Take few minutes of your time and Read my Appeal as i feel my appeals just get rejected without being read but who knows so please read this. I am Fully Honest in This Appeal
I hope you are doing well. Before you continue, I ask that you take a moment to read this appeal carefully, as it may be my last chance to explain my situation. I have truly run out of options and don't know what else I can do. I have appealed multiple times, provided every explanation I could, and even talked to Johnny ODS about this matter. He told me that if the issue was related to my Social Club account being compromised, I could request for the punishment to be reconsidered and changed to GR 1.1 or GR 1.2. Based on his guidance, I am respectfully submitting this final appeal, hoping my case can get one last thorough review. I also want to clarify an important point that seems to have been misunderstood. I was not banned for Cheats Discord activity, but for Illegal Discord activity, which are two different issues. I am asking for this review because I have never played actively on EN2; my entire Grand RP experience has been on EN3. My logs, faction history, and overall progress can easily confirm this. The only link I ever had to EN2 was through a Social Club account connected to my email and IP address. While I was still learning the server and how everything worked, I believe my Social Club account was compromised. Once I noticed unusual activity, I quickly secured everything by changing passwords, enabling 2FA, and doing everything I could to protect my accounts. Since then, I have not had any further problems and have continued playing normally on EN3.
I am making this appeal because I truly believe the punishment related to EN2 comes from actions that happened when my Social Club account was hacked. I did not take part in any illegal activities and was never aware that accounts could be created or used through my Social Club without my knowledge. I have already shared my Social Club information and have been completely open whenever asked about the situation. Unfortunately, since I never played on EN2, I could not provide the verification needed during previous appeals, which made it hard for me to defend myself. I am currently appealing the GR 1.4 punishment because I strongly believe that a thorough review of the logs, account history, IP records, and activity patterns will show that I was not personally responsible for the actions that led to these penalties. If the administration still believes I should be held accountable because I own the account, I respectfully request that the punishment be reconsidered and changed from its current classification to GR 1.1 and GR 1.2. I believe those rules better represent an account security issue rather than intentional involvement in illegal activities. I am not seeking special treatment; I just want the situation's details to be fully considered.
Over the years, Grand RP has become the game where I spend most of my free time. I regularly played 15 to 16 hours a day. I navigated different factions, learned the server systems, built relationships within the community, and dedicated a lot of effort to developing my character and reputation. I also spent a significant amount of real-life money on the server because I truly enjoyed playing here and wanted to support a community I planned to be part of for a long time. The situation became even more disappointing when I applied for an administrative position. After spending so much time learning the server and trying to make a positive impact, I felt ready to give back as an administrator. Instead, I was told that an unresolved EN2-related issue would stop me from moving forward. I understand the standards for administrative applicants and respect the administration team's decisions. However, I hope my history, behavior, and dedication on EN3 can be considered in this situation. My actions and conduct on EN3 reflect who I am as a player much better than an issue tied to a compromised account from years ago.
I am not writing this appeal to seek sympathy or dodge responsibility. I just want a fair and thorough review of all the available information. I respectfully request that my account logs, IP history, Social Club records, EN3 activity, and the appeals I have submitted be considered together to offer a complete view of the situation. This includes my Administrative Application Review, my EN2 Appeal about this case, my Higher-Up Appeal, my appeal to Mr. Bobby, and the Technical Forum I created related to this issue. This is my final appeal regarding this matter, and I sincerely hope it can be reviewed with an open mind. If, after a full investigation, the decision stays the same, I will accept that and move on. However, before we reach that point, I want to make one last effort to explain my situation clearly and honestly. Grand RP is the only game I currently play and enjoy. If this appeal is denied, I honestly do not see myself continuing after trying every possible way to resolve this. I simply hope that my case can be examined based on the evidence, my history on EN3, and the possibility that the original issue came from a compromised Social Club account rather than any intentional wrongdoing on my part.
