Dear Bobby, Floki, and Adham,
I respectfully request that you reconsider my punishment.
I was casually playing the game when I typed, "Happy birthday to me" in PC chat. After that, a player who is also my friend jokingly replied, "It's a bad day for your mom." In response, I wrote, "Our mom is very sad because of your kid's behavior."
I fully accept that my response was inappropriate and violated the rules. I sincerely apologize for my actions and any disrespect caused by my words. At the time, I was not fully aware of the rule regarding such behavior, but I understand that this is not an excuse.
I genuinely feel guilty about what happened and have learned from this mistake. I kindly ask for one last chance and assure you that I will not disrespect anyone again in the future.
