Hi, I never refused pc check. I got disconnected. I live in a university DORM and i CONSTANTLY have issues with internet.

I have multiple clips where I CAN upload where u can see my internet is HORRIBLE, taking inventory 10seconds to open. After i hit an enemy an effect comes 10sec later. I have alot of clips like that where I can send,

to prove once again I never turned off the game I F1 Back into the game when my internet came back to not close the game and interfere with anything

Im reappealing since i wasnt able to go during the time frame as it took to long, around 3-4days after the appeal was made i was told to go to pc check but i was already unavailable from those days, i assumed i will be able to go instantly as I never turned off my pc game or anything or any other app was launched as shown in the proofs. Now I've been away and I'm only back now and only available now so Please let me know if I'm still eligible. Thank you for your time.
