Dear Bobby Sir,
Thank you for reviewing my previous request. However, I would like to inform you that the issue still exists on my side.
You mentioned that the ID I provided is not banned, but as you can see from the proof/screenshots, the ban is still being displayed on my account. Because of this, I am unable to access the server normally.
I am not sure whether this is a bug, glitch, sync issue, or some kind of database error, but the ban status is still visible and affecting my account. I respectfully request that you please check my account once again and verify the situation from your side.
If the ban has already been removed, then there may be a technical issue causing it to still appear for me. In that case, I kindly ask the administration team to investigate and fix the problem so that I can access the server without any issues.
I have attached proof showing that the ban is still being displayed. Please review it and help resolve this matter as soon as possible.
