i think this decision is incorrect because the player shot at me first as shown in the bodycam

if i do not defend myself after someone starts shooting at me that becomes fearrp because my character would be ignoring an immediate threat to their life

i did not randomly start the situation she initiated it and i only returned fire to protect myself

i understand that players should not break rules in response to other rule breaks but defending myself against active gunfire is different from retaliating

for that reason i believe the punishment should be reviewed because my actions were a direct response to being shot at first and were necessary to avoid fearrp
