Additional information

1. Leader of (San Andreas Highway Patrol)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

1. I know this organization from the inside right now

I am not applying to SAHP as an outsider. I am currently serving at rank 26 in SAHP and previously held rank 27 as Commanderirp. I see the organization every day, I know what the troopers are dealing with, where the activity drops, where discipline slips, and what the highways actually look like when SAHP is and isn't doing its job. That kind of current, first hand knowledge is something most applicants can't offer. I'm not coming in with a plan built on old memories or assumptions. I know exactly what needs to change because I'm watching it happen right now.

Beyond SAHP, I have served as High Command in every major state organization: LSPD, FIB, National Guard, and Government. I've held Chief of Staff in LSPD, Chief of Staff in FIB, Brigadier General in NG, and Minister of State in GOV. That cross-org experience means I understand how SAHP fits into the bigger picture of state law enforcement and what other organizations actually need from us.

2. SAHP's highways and outer areas deserve real coverage

SAHP has a unique jurisdiction that no other organization covers. The highways, outer roads, and rural areas of San Andreas are consistently underpatrolled, and when SAHP isn't active out there, it shows. People drive recklessly, robberies on highways go unresponded to, and citizens in those areas feel completely unprotected.

As Sheriff, I want to make SAHP genuinely present across its full jurisdiction, not just parked at HQ. I will set clear patrol expectations for troopers, with regular highway checkpoints, insurance and license plate checks, and fast response to highway incidents. The outer areas of this city deserve the same level of safety and professionalism as the city center, and that's exactly what I plan to deliver.

3. SAHP should be the organization that builds future LEOs

SAHP is often the first state organization that new players join, and that makes it the most important one in terms of how it shapes people's understanding of law enforcement roleplay. If SAHP trains poorly, those habits carry into FIB, LSPD, NG, and every other org. If SAHP trains well, the entire state benefits.

Having served in all those organizations at High Command level, I know exactly what standard the other orgs expect from recruits coming out of SAHP. I will build an HR and training system that actually prepares troopers for professional LEO roleplay, not just hands them a uniform and sends them out. SAHP under my leadership will be known as the organization that produces quality officers, not just high numbers.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1) Active highway presence at all times

Troopers will be expected to patrol highways regularly, not sit at HQ. I will set shift-based patrol expectations and monitor activity through High Command. Highway checkpoints for license plates and insurance will be a daily activity, not an occasional one.

2) Joint operations with LSPD and NG

SAHP regularly crosses paths with LSPD during pursuits and with NG during ammo runs and globals. I will set up proper coordination between these organizations so that joint operations are smooth, communication is clear, and no one is stepping on each other during incidents. Having served in all these orgs, I already have the contacts to make this work from day one.

3) Proper HR training, no rushing

Every new recruit will go through full training before being cleared for solo patrol duty. Training will cover server laws, highway patrol procedures, RP commands, bodycam usage, and how to handle common highway situations. HR will follow a structured checklist for every recruit, and shortcuts will not be accepted.

4) Internal Affairs, active not passive

IA will conduct regular checks on trooper conduct, bodycam footage, and department communication. Issues will be dealt with quickly and fairly before they become bigger problems. High Command will be held to the same standard as everyone else.

5) Fair promotions based on work

Promotions will be earned through activity, event attendance, patrol logs, and supervisor evaluations. There will be no favoritism. Weekly promotion ceremonies will recognize troopers who genuinely put in the effort, and everyone will have an equal shot regardless of who they know.

6) Respectful environment for all ranks

Every trooper, from Cadet to Command, will be treated with respect. I have been at the bottom of the rank list before and I know how discouraging it is when leadership ignores or dismisses junior members. That will not happen in my term. I will stay accessible, answer questions, and make sure everyone feels like their work matters.

Departments under my term :

Human Resources (HR)
Manages recruitment, interviews, and structured training for all new recruits. HR ensures every trooper meets the required standard before being cleared for active highway patrol duty.

Internal Affairs (IA)
Handles misconduct investigations, bodycam reviews, and internal compliance checks. IA will operate proactively, not just reactively, to maintain professionalism across the department.

S.W.A.T (Special Weapons and Tactics)
Responds to high-risk situations on and around highways including hostage situations, armed suspects, and dangerous vehicle pursuits that exceed standard patrol capacity.

Undercover (UC)
Conducts surveillance and intelligence gathering on criminal activity along highways and outer areas, coordinating with FIB where necessary for investigations.

Highway Patrol (HP)
The core operational unit of SAHP. Responsible for daily highway enforcement, traffic control, checkpoints, license and insurance checks, and rapid response to highway incidents.

Public Relations (PR)
Manages communication with citizens and other organizations, represents SAHP at IC events, and maintains a positive and professional image of the department across the state.
