Event Background:
Following months of intelligence gathering, the Government, SAHP, LSPD, FIB, and DOJ have successfully captured one of the most dangerous terrorists operating within the State of San Andreas.
Due to credible threats of an organized rescue attempt, authorities have decided against conventional ground transportation. Instead, the prisoner will be transferred under heavy security by sea from the Aircraft Carrier to a secure facility within Los Santos.
However, criminal organizations have obtained intelligence regarding the transport operation and are preparing a large-scale assault to prevent the terrorist from reaching the city.
The fate of the operation now rests in the hands of both sides.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
Legal Organizations Objective
Participating Organizations:
SAHP/LSPD/FIB/GOV
Mission:
Secure the terrorist prisoner.
Escort the transport convoy from the Aircraft Carrier to the designated city checkpoint.
Protect all transport vessels.
Ensure at least one transport vessel carrying the prisoner reaches the city safely.
Victory Condition:
Prisoner successfully reaches the city.
Criminal Organizations Objective
Participating Organizations:
All invited criminal organizations.
Mission:
Intercept the transport operation.
Eliminate escort forces.
Prevent the prisoner from reaching the city.
Neutralize all legal organization personnel involved in the transport.
Victory Condition:
Transport operation completely destroyed before reaching the city
Other organizations involved:
All active State Organizations (LSPD/SAHP/FIB/GOV) vs. All active Gangs in the server.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
Vehicles and weapons needed for Legal ORG: COP Boat and Assault Rifle Carabine
Vehicles and weapons needed for Gang: Fast Boats and Assault Rifle Carabine
Admin Requirements:
Weapon/Vehicle spawning and distribution.
Teleporting participants to their respective start zones.
Spectator Mode to monitor for rule-breaking (Combat logging, etc.).
Rules of the event:
No healing, no use of juices and drugs, and no patching other people.
How is the event won?
Winning Conditions:
LEO Team:
• Maintain the custody of the prisoner and reach the main land safely
• They must also execute the attackers from the site.
Gang Team:
• Rescue the prisoner
• Execute the LEOs and they must stop the LEOs from reaching the mainland.
Prize for the winner: $400,000
