Hello, months ago I decided to take a break from the game. Recently, when I wanted to return to the game, I saw that my character was banned. While playing the game before, my wife and I were playing each other's characters in the same house and on the same computer, I didn't know that it was forbidden at the time, and I think I was banned because of account sharing. But I never shared my account with anyone and I want to play with my account again. This situation will never happen again and I apologize for that.
