Hello,

I am submitting a request to be unbanned following my ban for insults.
I acknowledge my mistake and sincerely apologize. However, I was in a situation where several players were harassing me, which caused me to lose my temper. This is not an excuse; I should have reacted differently. I understand my fault and I commit to not repeating it.
