1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I want to become an administrator because I want to give back to the community that has helped me during my time on the server. Throughout my RP experience, I have encountered situations where things were not always handled correctly or where I needed assistance, and the administrators were there to help resolve the issues fairly and professionally. Those experiences showed me how important admins are in maintaining a positive environment for everyone.


Because of that, I would like to take on that responsibility myself and help other players when they face similar situations. I enjoy helping people, ensuring that rules are followed fairly, and making sure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy their roleplay experience. I believe my experience as a player has given me a good understanding of the challenges players can face, and I would like to use that knowledge to support the community as an administrator.

3. What are your strengths?

My strengths are patience, fairness, communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. I always try to look at situations from both sides before making a decision, which helps me remain unbiased when resolving conflicts. I am also responsible and willing to learn from mistakes and feedback. In addition, I enjoy helping other players and explaining things clearly, which I believe is important for an administrator. My experience as a player has taught me how to handle difficult situations respectfully and professionally while following server rules.

4. What are your weaknesses?One of my weaknesses is that I can sometimes spend too much time reviewing a situation because I want to make sure I make the fairest decision possible. I also tend to be quite self-critical and often review my own actions to see where I could improve. However, I see these as opportunities for growth, and I continuously work on balancing efficiency with accuracy while learning from feedback and experience.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?

I believe I can bring maturity, fairness, and a player-focused perspective to the admin team. Throughout my time on the server, I have experienced situations where I needed help from administrators, and those experiences taught me how important it is to have staff members who are patient, professional, and willing to listen before making a decision.
I am able to stay calm in stressful situations, handle conflicts objectively, and communicate respectfully with players even when they are frustrated. I always try to understand both sides of a situation before reaching a conclusion, which helps me make fair decisions rather than acting on assumptions.
I am also active, responsible, and eager to learn. I take feedback seriously and use it to improve my performance. My goal is not simply to enforce rules, but to help create a positive environment where players can enjoy their roleplay experience while knowing that issues will be handled fairly and professionally. I would bring dedication, reliability, and a strong willingness to support both the community and the administration team.

6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)Yes. I understand that administrators are not permitted to own businesses. I currently do not own a business, but if I were to acquire one before being accepted, I would be fully prepared to sell it and comply with the server's rules and requirements for staff members.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?No. I currently do not have any IRL issues or situations that would prevent me from being active and fulfilling my responsibilities as an administrator.
8. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
I would like the administration team to know that I am genuinely motivated to help the server and its community. Throughout my time as a player, I have seen how much of a difference good administrators can make, especially in situations where players need assistance or a fair resolution to an issue. Those experiences are a big reason why I am applying.

I understand that being an administrator comes with responsibility, professionalism, and high expectations. I am prepared to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve. While I may not know everything from day one, I am committed to putting in the time and effort needed to become a reliable member of the staff team and contribute positively to the server. My goal is to help maintain a fair, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for all players.
