2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1) I have been in in Grand RolePlay from more than 2 years and been have gain a good experience in leo's, I have learned many new things in this journey and understand the terms of RP as an officer. During this journey I have joined every State organization and with my dedication, passion and knowledge I have secured a spot as in HC atleast 3 times in a single organization under different leaders.
2.2) I have started my leo's journey in EN2 from SAHP and over the period of time I keep working in SAHP and gaining the experience by observing the other HC's at that time also I have secured a spot of HC in SAHP too with my activity and understanding, Now I feel confident that I am Capable to run this organization with my Knowledge, Experience and skills.
2.3) I want to be the leader to SAHP to increase the activity and presence of SAHP officers in the jurisdiction zone of SAHP and reduce the robberies on the highways, I have seen that from much time there are many robberies happening on highways and the officers are not there to safeguard the citizens and eventually they get ended up as an hostage, I want to reduce these criminal activities and want to achieve maximum Highway patrolling hours than any other previous terms.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1) I have seen that many officers didn't get the training on time or didn't get a quality training which also reduces there RP level and working efficiency, In my term I will make sure to organize atleast 2 quality training sessions of training every single week and more if needed, which will improve the understanding of a officer who even have joined the leo's for the first time.
3.2) I will hold a ceremony every week on weekends to distribute the bonuses and give promotion to the deserving officers based on their activity level without any favoritism.
3.3) After the ceremony on weekend I will ask every single employee if there was any problem going regarding the organization if any and also ask them to give their views on it.
3.4) I will ensure to have a good activity level in the organization such as highway patrolling, and also by taking a part in almost every Global situation with maximum officers available at the moment.
3.5) I will work side to side with other state organization to maintain a good level of communication between leo's to maintain a crime free environment in Los Santos.
3.6) I will also hold IC event regularly for citizens.
