2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


2.1 I want to be a SAHP leader because I have experience in various law enforcement organizations as leader and various ranks. From the first day of grand rp I always want to work in LEO. Also I have experience in Marabunta and Bloods as a temp leader and deputies in various gangs. With my previous experience I think I have enough experience to run SAHP and complete the full term without any mistakes.

2.2 As I explained earlier I had experience in LEO and gangs, I know the rules and regulations of both spheres and I have a big friend circle in the cities where they are experienced in various leo. In my LSPD term I had a special force to respond to various situations as fast as possible, so here I have the same plan to deploy a force whose duty will be response to any situation as soon as possible.

2.3 I have always wanted to support and protect the citizens of Los Santos throughout my life. Being a leader with SAHP will help me achieve that goal. As a leader, I will work hard to develop a strong, fair, and well-organized SAHP that will earn the trust of our community and other organizations. I know what SAHP needs and, with the dedication and experience I possess, I will help guide SAHP to great success.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 I will work with the IA and HR teams to improve RP in SAHP. HR will need time to hire and properly train new hires, verifying that they are fluent in English and can be trained adequately for the role. The IA monitors employees and ensures that they complete tasks correctly and in accordance with rules. If an employee does not follow the rules and cannot communicate in English, RP will be affected negatively because the interaction between the employee and the community will be poor when they do not speak the same language or know how to interact properly with each other. However, when employees follow the rules, RP is positive for the employee and the community. I am against favoritism. I personally earned every staff rank through hard work and if anyone is given a staff rank without earning it, this is unfair. If I see any of my staff members blessed with an undeserving staff rank, I will immediately take severe action against them and remove them from service and blacklist them.
