2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. More active org.
Families is underrated and i want to flip that around not a lot of people wanna be in families since it isnt that active so i would like to bring in more people into the gang that are active and start building a clapping team while also letting new people to the cities that meet our qualifications in the gang. We having a good and strong team would let us be more active in events and even win some.I would be focusing on building relationship with other criminal and state orgs cleaning up the reputation of Families as well as interact with them so that everything is coordinated and runs smoothly resulting in a healthy relationship in all departments . We can do gun store robberies and have fun while also make some money. We can do things that we need to being stronger and active.
2. Experience and responsibilities
I wanna be in Families and be the leader because i have experience i have quite a bit of gang experience but more in LEO. I have been in every LEO org except for FIB but i would like to accomplish that in the future too. I have also always wanted to be a leader of an organization. The Families Gang is a gang located in the middle of the ghetto and it being in the middle of the ghetto makes it easy to get to and very convenient to RP through out the whole ghetto and control some situations.
3. Making quick decisions in intense situations and committed leader.
Making decisions quickly is absolutely critical and i think i can handle it. You also have to make those decisions maturely and carefully. As an effective leader I would also make sure that I am committed to the success of the organization and the gang members of the families. I would encourage gang members to create a lot of RP scenarios and situations which would be fun for everyone and we can all enjoy , after all we all are here because we love to RP.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
My experience with the Grand RP server.
I have been in the city for almost a year
I have been in LEO orgs and in Bloods
My advice for improving that gangs RP is
1. To have communication between Criminal/State orgs to have a healthy and matured RP.
2. Have more RP than just fighting with guns. Since gangs often times just shoot without giving demands of any sort so it would be better if we had more RP than just gun fights.
3. I will make sure everyone in families is following the server rules and ghetto rules without making mistakes to avoid warnings from curators.
