Dear Administration,
I respectfully request one final review of my punishment.
After reviewing the evidence myself, I believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding my words and intentions. At no point did I intentionally insult the player, his family, or his parents. The video evidence should show that I was repeatedly asking to be released and expressing frustration with the situation.
The expression I used was not intended as a personal insult toward the officer. It was an expression of annoyance and frustration, and I understand that it may have sounded inappropriate. However, I do not believe that my words were directed as a personal attack against the player.
I fully respect the server rules and the administration team. I am not trying to avoid responsibility for my actions. I am only asking for a careful review of the context shown in the video.
If the administration still believes that my language violated the rules, I would respectfully ask you to consider reducing the punishment, as a 10-day ban feels very severe considering that there was no intention to insult the player personally or target his family.
I am an Arabic speaker and my English is limited. I may not always express myself correctly, but I am making every effort to follow the rules and communicate respectfully.
