I would like to ask you if possiible to define or pricise what is exactly concidered as CR/VDM
Using a vehicle to crash into people or vehicles/ Killing another person without a sufficient roleplay reason
as the first one can result the second one , the question is if the attention of doing it is taking on concideration or only the result that decide the punishment
if someone who clearly saw someone else and run into him with car is not considered CR but accident exemple:
and if someone accidently lost control and hit ppl standing in the middle of the road and result "Accedental" death -since the player wasnt even asked to defend himself with pov is concidered as VDM exemple :
hope u concider my demand and clarify this point of attention/consequence misunderstood

the problem is that the player was so rude he saw that he flipped my car, he didnt help me , then he VDM me and didnt even stop or say sorry
