Hello Admin Team,
I am filing a formal complaint against Cyrus (Minister of DoL/DoE, Passport: 148690) for multiple severe rule violations, specifically General Rule 5.3 (Metagaming), State Rule 1.12 (Abuse of Authority), and General Rule 6.10 (Toxicity).
I am a Colonel in the National Guard (NG). Today, Government officials arrived at the NG base for an In-Character (IC) routine inspection. I strictly followed all protocols, behaved politely, and successfully went through the inspection line. Cyrus was standing nearby but did not interact with me In-Character at all. He did not issue any verbal warnings, write a formal report, or state any IC reason for any violation.
However, immediately after the inspection, he bypassed all IC protocols and used Discord (an Out-of-Character platform) to order and approve my immediate demotion. As proven in the attached screenshot from Discord (image-1.png), the user 'Darkened Soul' (Cyrus) explicitly states: "I did approve the demotion of flexxy". Coordinating, ordering, or executing an IC demotion entirely through Discord DMs without any prior IC roleplay, IC reason, or IC documentation is a direct violation of General Rule 5.3 (Metagaming).
Furthermore, under State Rule 1.12, Ministers and High Command members cannot arbitrarily demote or punish state employees without a valid IC investigation, log, or legitimate paperwork. This is a clear abuse of official authority and powergaming.
To make matters worse, I attempted to handle this completely In-Character. I visited the Capital multiple times to file a formal case file, but every lawyer fled or refused to take the case out of fear of his political influence. I even messaged the Judge, but received no response, completely breaking the judicial roleplay loop on the server due to his monopoly of power.
Additionally, a couple of days ago while I was off-duty trying to obtain a gun license, he toxicly insulted me out of nowhere by saying, "kid go home your dad is not here", which directly violates General Rule 6.10 regarding toxic and disrespectful behavior towards other players.
Due to the IC judicial system being entirely compromised by his influence, I am forced to bring this to the Administration. I kindly request you to review the Discord logs and the provided proof, and issue the appropriate punishment for these heavy rule violations.
