The organization that is conducting the event: Government
The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: The IRS has noticed some fraudulent tax reports from the Vanilla unicorn strip club. Upon scouting they seen human trafficking and slavery. The bloods gang is leading the operation at the strip club and holding the people hostage against there will. LEOs are called to respond to the strip club and save the hostages forced into labour and take them to LSPD for protective custody.
Why this event: A fun hostage extraction event in a place that doesn't get used very often.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
LEOS
Start from LSPD and head to the strip club. Eliminate the threat and save the 2 hostages that were forced into labour. They need to exfiltrate them to LSPD HQ basement to win. If they manage to kill even one of the hostages the prize money gets halved. They have to carry the hostages.
Gangs
Secure the strip club and secure the hostages where they like. Make sure LSPD do not kill the hostages or extract them.
Other organizations involved: Just 12 people per side. Government will supply the 2 hostages.
Vehicles/weapons needed:
LEOS
5 SWAT Vans and Submachine guns
Gangs
2 Rumpo vans and Submachine guns
Admin Requirements: Spawn the cars, TP the people, Reskin the LEOs to SWAT members, supply weapons.
Rules of the event: The hostages must be carried and no personal weapons.
How is the event won? LEOs need to extract the hostage to win even if they kill all the gang members. The Gangs need to stop the LEOs.
Prize for the winner: 500k prize pool for survivors and winners.
