2. Why do you want to be the leader of SAHP?
2.1 I want to become the leader of SAHP because law enforcement has always been my favorite part of Grand RP. Over time, I have gained experience in different organizations and leadership positions, which taught me how to manage people, solve problems, and keep an organization active and organized.
2.2 I have experience on both sides of the city, in law enforcement and in gangs. Because of that, I understand how different situations work and how to handle them properly. I believe this experience will help me make good decisions and build a strong team that can respond quickly whenever needed.
2.3 I enjoy helping people and creating a positive environment for everyone around me. If I become the leader of SAHP, I will do my best to keep the organization professional, active, and respected while making sure citizens feel safe and officers enjoy being part of the department.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
3.1 I believe good RolePlay starts with good people. I will focus on recruiting members who are willing to learn, communicate well, and take their role seriously. New officers will receive proper training so they understand both the rules and how to create enjoyable RP situations. I also believe promotions should be earned through activity and effort, not friendships or favoritism. This will help create a fair environment and improve the overall quality of RP within SAHP.
