Dear Grand Support Team,
I am writing to appeal my ban because I believe there was a misunderstanding.
At the time of the incident, I was doing the gym task in-game while watching YouTube. The game was running in a minimized/small window, and I had muted the game volume. Since the gym task only required me to press E, I was focused on the video and did not notice that an administrator had approached me and was asking for a response.
I understand that from the administrator's perspective it may have looked suspicious, but I want to assure you that I was not using any auto-clicker, macro, bot, or any other third-party software. I was manually pressing the key myself the entire time.
I apologize for not responding immediately to the administrator. It was not intentional; I simply did not notice the messages because my attention was on the YouTube video and the game audio was muted.
I respectfully ask you to review my case and reconsider the ban. I enjoy playing on the server and have no intention of breaking the rules. I will make sure to pay closer attention to the game in the future so that this situation does not happen again.
