Dear Admin,

I hope you are having a great day.

I am writing to submit a complaint regarding Ms. Claire Wayland, as I believe I was unfairly targeted during an incident.

As you can see from my bodycam footage, I was not on duty at the time. However, I am the DHS Minister, which technically means I am always considered on duty.

The situation is as follows: I was driving my bike around with friends when I received a Demorgan and a warning for Gr6.4:

Gr6.4: It is forbidden to play the bad side of an employee of state structures (for example: a bad cop, a politician) without having an RP biography. | WARN

I was also muted for Gr3.3:

Gr3.3: All players must be able to communicate in English, and IC chat must be English only (other languages may be used in private only if everyone who can see has agreed to it). | Mute 120 min

However, I was simply driving around at the time. I may have committed UB driving, which I understand would result in a Demorgan, but I do not understand why I also received a warning for Gr6.4 and a mute for Gr3.3.

At no point was I intentionally breaking roleplay rules. Even during the situation, I was speaking English. Additionally, I was already in Demorgan when some of these additional punishments were applied.

I would like to understand why I was considered to have violated Gr6.4, as I do not believe I was playing a “bad side” character in that situation. When I asked for clarification, Mr. Okeanos Wayland responded with, “Is there any issue?”

For reference, here are the timings:

• Demorgan time (IC): 23:46 — Bodycam: 5:36
• Mute time (IC): 23:47 — Bodycam: 6:34
