2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
First Reason:
As a Head of Department, I have gained leadership experience by managing officers, assisting command members, and handling responsibilities whenever higher command was unavailable. This experience has prepared me for a leadership position.
Second Reason:
I have strong communication skills and a good relationship with many officers inside SAHP. I know how to work with members, solve problems professionally, and maintain a positive environment within the organization.
Third Reason:
I understand the needs of the organization because I work closely with officers on a daily basis. My position as Head of Department allowed me to identify weaknesses and think of practical solutions to improve SAHP.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My first priority would be expanding the HR team because many players are interested in joining SAHP, but there are often times when no HR member is available. This would improve recruitment and activity.
My second priority would be implementing a structured promotion system. Promotions should be based on achievements, activity, and performance rather than simple requests. Officers would submit their weekly achievements through Discord for evaluation.
My third priority would be strengthening the Training Officer program. I have personally trained many officers, which helped me understand their strengths and weaknesses. By appointing more Training Officers and conducting regular training sessions, we can improve professionalism and RolePlay quality within SAHP.
