Rejected scammed out of 150k

so this person called abdul joined our family and asked if he can loan some money so i told him if i give him 150k he will have to pay me back the next day 200k
its the next day i have looked for his id in the family cant find it so im assuming he scammed me
also sorry i dont have any proof
the only proof i have is other withnesses of the family
