# 2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)


- I have been part of this city for 2 years and in that time I found my home in LifeInvader. Moving from ADs Intern to DHOD of IA/HR has given me a complete understanding of LifeInvaider and how it works. The pricing, the policies and most importantly, how it builds real relationships with customers through its services.

- LifeInvader is the best organization for the fact that they give complete creative freedom in no restrictions to hold anyone back. Accountability is never in question, deadlines are met, logs are completed on time and everyone takes responsibility seriously.

- What separates LifeInvader from every other organization is how its members deal with criticism. No conflict, instead constructive feedback. There is growth, not egotism. I love that culture of respect and improvement to where everyone is pushing each other to be better and I want to help to cultivate that more as a leader.

# 3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

- I would like to bring short film idea where we will shoot for private organizations and firms as well; this will bring more people who would like to promote their firms or organizations.

- I would like to bring weekly podcasts of leaders and employees; it will be a mouth-to-mouth convo with everyone from all the other orgs in the city. The podcast will not be bound to anything so it will be great to have it since there will be no pressure, unlike leader meetings.
this will be posted as a weekly for entertainment.

- We will do a debate competition between multiple orgs or people.

- we will make more new events for the organization. I think internal events need a rise in liveliness for now as it's very quiet. I will bring in more internal events to keep the track of everything and make the org more interesting for people.
