The forum owner hasn't posted a video of themselves and has a weapon, which could be interpreted as provoking them by shooting at them. Furthermore, they're shooting at a player who's doing a VDM (Violent Disaster Mitigation) outside of a ghetto, which shows a violation of GR6.15 rules. They're not just recording and posting; they're trying to retaliate.
