1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I feel like when it comes to leaving rp life I can say that I have been playing long enough to where I experienced almost everything to do as a IC character. I have been on both of the sides, state and crime many of times and as much as I enjoy them I want a new challenge, I need a new goal and becoming and admin I believe is my next step. I want to help people who are new like I was once and help them the way people helped me.

3. What are your strengths?
My strengths are that I am able to achieve anything I put my mind to no matter what it takes. I remain calm even when situations can get stressful. I am responsible and Im good at being able to solve problems. I am able to stay professional even under high pressure situations I stay calm I also like to be even, I remain fair no matter what without taking any sides I like to point out the wrongs and rights no matter who.
4. What are your weaknesses?
My weaknesses are that I can sometimes I hyperfocus on one thing then I work & work on it then I get burnout from only doing the one thing, I am learning that I can just work multiple things bit by bit each and get further in the long run then focusing on only the one task/goal. Another weakness I have is that I can be lazy and lose my motivation, this is similar to my hyperfocusing and the burnout where I just lose all motivation for anything but I am practising on trying to stay consistent. A weakness for me is that sometimes I can be overtrusting and believe to see the good in people, I always believe everyone deserves a 2nd chance and I try to give everyone I can one however sometimes they can take advantage of me so I am working on trying to not let this happen.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
My skills like mentioned being good at problem solving which I believe stems from me being good with numbers, and where this becomes a skill is that I can translate these skills to situations, for example in a situation where a decision needs to be made I will always look for the facts and what proof is available this way a decision can be made from this instead of "he said she said" along with their assumptions. Another skill that I am a fast learner so I am able to pick up the skills needed from administration and I am able to provide whatever it is they need, for be it like tickets, helping events, or any support or task im ready and willing to help.
