Fahim grew up rough around Los Santos. For most of his early days he was running with crews way older then him, and honestly those guys only kept you around as long as you was useful. Soon as you wasnt, they dropped you like nothing. And yeah he watched that happen to a few people he actually liked, which messed with him. Point is he just hit a wall with all of it one day and figured if no one else was gonna make something that treats its people right, then whatever, he'd just do it his self.
And thats pretty much how the Kishor Gang started.
Kishor basically means the young ones, thats the whole idea behind it. Fahim never cared about the washed up old gangsters who act like they seen everything. He wanted the hungry ones, the kids this city already gave up on. Most of them he found out on the streets with nothing, and he gave em the one thing they never really had, people who'd actually show up for them when it mattered.
We aint a fear based gang and we never been one. It runs on loyalty and grinding, simple as that. Fahim took straight rookies and turned them into earners, took the loud troublemakers and somehow made them our most solid members. He'd rather think his way out of a problem then shoot his way out, but if it comes to that, trust me, the whole city gonna hear about it.
Right now? we growing fast and we aint hiding it. Bunch of young loud kids that actually ride for each other lol. We hold our own down, we got love for the streets that made us, and anyone tryna play us is gonna find out real quick its not worth it. Early days still but we going places, just watch.

- Always follow the basic city rules and server rules at all times.
- Dont be stealing items or ammo without asking HC (High Command) first.
- You gotta actually put in work for the family, nobody here is just handing out ranks for free.
- Have fun with it and try to be cool with people around the city.
- Just treat people how you'd want them to treat you back, simple.
- Doesnt matter what gender or religion someone is, you respect them. No exceptions.

- ROOKIE: New guy still on probation, basically learning how things work around here.
- YOUNGBLOOD: Just got accepted, now they gotta show they actually belong.
- RUNNER: Handles the day to day stuff and the basic family tasks.
- ENFORCER: Active members who bring the energy and actually show up for family events.
- HUSTLER: Runs and manages the family businesses and income.
- TURFER: Our sharpshooters. Cold, precise, the ones you want next to you in a firefight.
- TURF LEADER: Leads the turfers and steps up when the Deputy is offline.
- DEPUTY: Runs the family on the leadership's orders.
- KINGPIN: Manages operations and organizes family events as acting leader.
- BOSS: The one who leads the Kishor Gang. [ Leader of the Family ]
SHORT TERM GOALS:
- Get our name up there as one of the crews people actually respect in the city.
- Look out for the new guys and help em get their RP going.
- Keep things positive and tight between everyone in the fam.
LONG TERM GOALS:
- Get the Kishor Gang into that Top 10 family ranking.
- Stack up multiple businesses under the family name.
- Help our members get to a point where they can buy their own personal business too.
