( 2.1 )I want to become the leader of Vagos because I genuinely enjoy leading and working with other people. I believe I have the maturity, communication skills, and dedication required to manage an organization successfully. For me, being a leader is not just about having authority; it's about supporting members, listening to their ideas, and creating an environment where everyone feels involved and motivated. I want to make sure that every member has a good experience and enjoys being part of the organization.
(2.2) IAnother reason is that I have a good understanding of gang roleplay and the responsibilities that come with leading a faction. I understand how important it is to maintain high-quality roleplay, follow server rules, and handle difficult situations fairly and professionally. As a leader, I would focus on setting a positive example for members, resolving conflicts calmly, and ensuring that the organization has structure and clear expectations. And no bullying or racism is tolerated if i hear or see someone bullying or being racist it will lead to an immidiate black list

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I believe that improving the RolePlay level within the organization starts with setting clear expectations and leading by example. As a leader, I would encourage members to prioritize realistic and high-quality interactions rather than focusing only on results or outcomes. Every situation should be treated as an opportunity to create enjoyable and immersive roleplay for everyone involved. Im also very fast at giving out bonuses as because im almost active atleast 5-8 hours an day even more on weekends.

Another important aspect is providing guidance to newer members. Not everyone has the same level of experience, so helping members understand Grand RP rules, gang procedures, and roleplay standards can significantly improve the overall quality of the organization. I would organize briefings and ensure that experienced members assist newer players in this gang so they can grow and also help others.
3.3 i would also focus on creating more organized and engaging roleplay scenarios within Vagos. Activities such as meetings, as many store robberys as we can , ghetto clap, many events like cland bs etc, and gang operations help members stay active while getting stronger roleplay skills. Encouraging communication, teamwork, and creativity will make the organization more engaging and enjoyable for both members and other players on the server.
