Hello just explaining my problem below.

I got banned a few days ago due to a situation outside the prison bloods + ballas took hostage to release some of their guys I went over to watch after 30 minutes of altercation my game crashed and when i logged back in they were fighting but the police shot me literally as I loaded in.. This made me quite angry and I was trying to explain the situation but they wouldn't listen, this caused me to tell one of the officers to "suck his mum" not really thinking about what I was saying because I was annoyed they suddenly was like "ooooooh" like I had committed the worse crime, anyway as I was facing an officer and could only see against the prison wall I wasn't sure who was speaking to me 'as there were multiple' and somebody said big man has gone all quiet now that was when I said what I said. Going forward someone said listen to me and I refused and said no you listen to me and I started to explain my situation, little did I know it was an admin and they had muted me. He then conversed with an officer asking what I said I believe he must of sent a clip or something when I told one of the officers to "suck his mum" bearing I did this out of anger as the situation I was in and nobody was listening an admin came muted me and told me if I apologise he wouldn't ban me but I couldn;t apologise because I was muted... he then banned me for 30 days even though I have never had a warning or been banned before. He banned me under the rules 3.2 this one I could understand because I mentioned somebody's parents and therefore is due a max 7 day ban. However, I was then banned under rule 5.2 / 5.5. This is extremely unfair as nobody said there was an admin there I couldn't even see if there was an admin and I had not insulted the admin, I now know the admin was speaking when he said "listen to me" and I said no you listen to me and started explaining to which point I was muted. How in the hell could I have known it was an admin talking with no prior telling he was there and I was handcuffed against the prison wall with only 1 officer I could see. If I known it was an admin we could of talked as that is what I would of wanted to get my point across however I thought all was prison officers.

I have had no prior warning or ban on this server and I believe this 30 day ban was totally uncalled for, thanks for taking your time to read and hope to hear from you in due course.

You were banned for General Rules 3.2, as well as General Rules 5.2 + 5.3 as when I appeared to you with my admin tag very clearly visible, you continued to speak over me and spoke to me disrespectfully. When I asked you about the incident, you decided to lie to me about rather or not you committed the offense defined in General Rules 3.2, as you admit in this report.

As this is your first offense with dealing with administration, I will remove your ban. Please read our rules carefully as future violations of these rules will lead to lengthier bans with no appeal consideration.

Hi Kevin,

I understand that admin tag are clearly visible but as you see in the screenshot, I was facing the wall of the officer in front of me I had no idea I was talking to an administrator and frankly the first time I have spoken to one. I appreciate the removal of the ban and will make sure not to violate any other rules in the future.

I have went through and had a clear re-read of the rules to make sure I understand everything and any other consequences to which these rules lead to.
