2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I have been a resident of this city for over 3 years now, and I started my career here from nothing. Through hard work and a real love for Lifeinvader, I managed to climb the ranks from the very bottom to becoming a Deputy in almost every department. This company is where I belong. Having put my blood and sweat into this organization, I have built a solid, well-rounded understanding of how every single department operates through actual hands-on experience.
- My 3 years here and my background as a multi-department Deputy have fully prepared me to take the lead. I am not looking to become the Director just to sit in an office and sign off on paperwork. Because I started from zero myself, I know exactly what every employee goes through. I want to lead Lifeinvader to share my knowledge, support my team, and create a fair working environment. Together with my colleagues, I want to make sure all our hard work pays off and elevate Lifeinvader to the top where it belongs.
- With my experiences from various departments within the company, I would like to bring about team spirit and increased efficiency within Lifeinvader. From having worked in different departments, I know the ins and outs of things and I believe that increased coordination can be achieved. My mission is to ensure that everyone works as one, resolving problems faster while feeling valued.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
First I want to focus on customer satisfaction in the Ads department at Lifeinvader. The ads that people send to Lifeinvader are the important thing for Lifeinvader. When I am in charge Lifeinvader will do what the customer wants. We will listen to what the customer wants put the customers ads first and show respect to the customer. Our job at Lifeinvader should be about giving the service to the people not just sitting in the office all day at Lifeinvader.
Second We will not be confined to the office and engage in repetitive activities. Rather, we shall interact, have frequent meetings with all members of the team in Lifeinvader, so that a corporate culture is generated. Furthermore, we shall establish active contact with other organizations within the same domain (including the police, hospital, and other factions of the government), so that major press releases, events, and business meetings can be organized. This active interaction shall contribute greatly towards generating a corporate role-play in our faction, making us a leading organization in the entire city.
Lastly about the money we get for working at Lifeinvader. I know the bonuses at Lifeinvader are low now but I am going to change this at Lifeinvader. I will increase the bonuses for every department at Lifeinvader. I will make sure everyone at Lifeinvader gets what they deserve for their work at Lifeinvader. If the money we have, at Lifeinvader is not enough I am ready to pay my money to keep my team at Lifeinvader happy. Nobody will work hard at Lifeinvader without getting money for it at Lifeinvader.
