LEOs were more than 40 for a duration of 1 mins if this short bodycam when i was in there , when i died. Bloods members told me that they were above 40 for the rest of the event too. I think this will be sufficient as even in this bodycam they are 40+ for around a min but if you want full POV , it cant be requested from LEOs side

You can clearly see in your own POV that their numbers went down as soon as they knew they were over 40.
