Approved Fail RP + Fear RP + PG | 159655

While we were trying to rob the player 159655, he kept provoking us and attempting to disrupt the RP. I then took control of the situation and told him to keep quiet for the sake of his life. Despite this, the player suddenly pulled out a weapon and opened fire on us. By doing so, the player violated FailRP and FearRP rules, and also engaged in Powergaming beacuse of trying to kill like 6 people which have guns inside their hands. I would like the player to receive the appropriate punishment for these rule violations.
