This is my first time being involved in a reported like this I did not use any cheats software or any kind of exploit and there was no intention to abuse any game mechanic

During the situation my driving resiulted in car ramming (CR) I understand how this may look and I take responsibility for that it was not intentional or meant to grief anyone and it happened during an active crash/pursuit situation

At that momennt I was slightly distracted in real life because my dad briefly came into my room OOC which affected my reaction for a short time but it was not deliberate rulebreaking or trying to exploit anything After the situation I continued playing normally and did not repeat anything similar

I respect the server rules and I will be more careful in future If this is considered a mistake I accept your decision

Our goal was to protect the family caravan, so we were staying as close to each other as possible.

When the player behind hit their vehicle, they involuntarily started following the caravan, and during this time, the player in the caravan did not use the 'x' key to maintain cruise control.

Also, as seen in the video posted by the forum member, the car and caravan collide suddenly.

This could be due to a game mechanic error, as it's impossible for player ID 243686 to stick to the caravan and stay together for that long.

As seen in the video, the cars collide suddenly, and it's clear this is due to a game glitch.

Furthermore, it's normal that player ID 243686 wasn't focused on the game at that moment or couldn't pay attention due to an OOC (Out of Character) situation.
Also, as seen in the video, after the collision, the player doesn't even touch the caravan because their aim wasn't to speed up the caravan, but to stay close and protect it.

Looking at player ID 243686's disciplinary history and career, they have almost no penalties. It can be seen that he has held high-ranking positions in many different organizations, meaning he behaved appropriately within the rules of the game rather than breaking them.

As I said, the player definitely did not have such an intention; he is not the kind of player who would make such a mistake. He knows the rules very well.

This is due to a momentary glitch in the game and a slight carelessness on the part of the player, but this shouldn't be a major problem, and I ask you to consider everything in your evaluation.
