The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event:
This event is a race with many parts that will check how fast people can go and make quick decisions from the beginning to the end. The race starts from LSA where they gonna get 15 ATV which they have to race it to lspd hq where parked 10 Burger cars are parked then to next checkpoint which is the Church where they got nothing they have to park the burger car at Church and sprint to Golf club where we 7 got mountain cycle they have to ride it to del perro pier where is 4 Opperasor are parked so they need to be fast then first one to take Opperasor on Mount chillard top which is end point wins the prize.
Why this event:
this event create high energy, fast thinking, and competitive gameplay, multiple stages with different vehicles and challenges
Role of Each Organization Involved:
State & Gang
Same for both they have to race till the finish line the one person from anyside will cross the finish line first will get prize

ALL GANG AND LEOS
Vehicles/weapons needed:
15 ATV at LSA
10 Burger car at LSPD
7 Mountain cycle at Golf club
4 Opperasor at Del Pierro Pier
Admin Requirements:
1. Spawn Vechicles
2. Check for rule Breaks
3. Guide with left eye
Rules of the event:
1. No Killing
2. No bug abuse
3. punching allowed to steal cycle or to make your chance easy
4. No UB Driving
How is the event won?
> First one to reach the Finish Line
