Life Story:
Menaz Middle is originally from New York, where he was brought up by a very good woman who adopted him at infancy. In an environment of hardship, Menaz learned from an early age about being resilient and disciplined in order to create a better tomorrow for himself despite the difficult environmental conditions he grew up in. In his teens, Menaz had to deal with many negative people and local gang members. He made some wrong choices for a while and found himself involved in a number of crimes. However, soon enough Menaz understood that this way would only bring him more harm than good, and he decided to change his life by distancing himself from such influences. Once he completed his schooling, Menaz decided to move westward in order to give himself some new opportunities. From all the challenges he had had in his life, Menaz gained great patience, responsibility, and composure, which inspired him to find a job where he could do some good for his community.
Career Story:
It should be noted that Menaz started his career in government agencies by joining the United States Secret Service (USSS). there, he obtained useful skills and qualities such as professionalism and communication. Furthermore, Menaz learned to perform his job in stressful conditions and understand the value of teamwork. In search of a new challenge, Menaz became an employee at Emergency Medical Services (EMS). As an EMS agent, Menaz assisted people of the community when dealing with emergencies. In addition, he demonstrated a hardworking attitude, which was highly appreciated by his colleagues. Now, after working both in security and emergencies, Menaz wants to become a law enforcement officer, which has been his ultimate goal since the beginning. For that purpose, he chose to join the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP). This decision was based on Menaz desire to serve the community better. Due to his previous work experience, Menaz intends to make his life in SAHP successful and act as an example for everyone.
Outcomes:
1. Menaz can take bribes (up to $100,000 and also ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Menaz can break IC law, including COP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, and Procedure for Detention. (Keep in mind the OOC rule)
3. Menaz can try to search for a bodycam and radios ( /try searches for bodycam and radio x2 per situation) and can break it for his safety. ( /do break the bodycam and radio )
4. Menaz can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no Organization weapons included).
5. Menaz can be toxic and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
6. Menaz can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification or lie about his identification.
7. Chax Hunter can kill anyone who poses a direct threat to his life only for self-defence. (Actions must align with GR 6.15 and UB rules to avoid misuse.)
8. Menaz can arrest someone for fake charges if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient IC reasons and nothing from OOC reasons).
9. Menaz can kill or torture his 10-15 if his own identification is at risk. (with an RP reason)
10. Menaz can make a deals with the gangsters and can leak information. (All IC)
