During my time on EN2 I have spent a lot of time learning the server understanding the rules and experiencing many different situations within the community This journey helped me gain a strong understanding of roleplay and how the server functions I now feel ready to take on a new challenge and contribute in a different way
Becoming an administrator would allow me to help maintain a fair environment assist players when they need support and make sure the server remains enjoyable for everyone I want to use the knowledge and experience I have gained to give back to the community and continue growing as a member of the server
One of my greatest strengths is staying calm in difficult situations I am able to think clearly even when dealing with pressure or conflict and I always try to make decisions based on facts rather than emotions
I am also very observant and pay attention to details which helps me understand situations more accurately I enjoy analyzing information before reaching conclusions and I always try to remain fair and unbiased when dealing with others
I sometimes spend extra time reviewing information because I want to be certain that my decisions are correct and justified I have high standards for myself and I like making sure that everything is handled properly While this can occasionally slow me down it also helps me avoid unnecessary mistakes
Another weakness is that I can be very direct when communicating I prefer being honest and clear rather than leaving room for misunderstandings However I always make sure to remain respectful professional and polite when speaking with others
I can bring patience professionalism and a strong willingness to learn I am comfortable dealing with different types of people and I know how to remain calm when handling disagreements or difficult situations
I always try to listen carefully before making a judgment and I believe that fairness is important when resolving issues I am also eager to learn from more experienced administrators and adapt to the standards expected by the team while continuously improving my performance and knowledge of the server
5. Will you be ready to sell your business?
Yes I am fully prepared for that responsibility At the moment I do not own any business so this requirement would not be an issue for me
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
No I currently do not have any personal commitments or circumstances that would affect my activity and availability on the server

There is nothing specific that needs to be taken into consideration I am simply motivated to learn improve and contribute positively to the administration team if given the opportunity .
