while i was driving from beach market toward the city, i noticed someone shooting at me from a rooftop. i was thinking about going up the back staircase behind the building and killing him. İ pulled my car over and was about to get my equipment from the trunk when the black bugatti shown in the video started ramming my car and repeatedly running me over with it. after that, the person on the rooftop immediately started shooting at me as well. however, the person on the rooftop was watching the front side of beach market, so i believe they were metagaming. even if they were not metagaming, i still want the black bugatti driver (450298) to be punished for VDM.
