Reason 1: Experience and Leadership
I have worked for both legal and criminal organisations during my time in the city. I have been Brigadier General in National Guard, Chief of Staff in Government, Deputy Leader in Marabunta Grande And I am currently serving as a Supervisor in FIB.
These positions have honed my leadership, communication, organization management, conflict resolution and the value of professionalism. I know how to lead people and keep an organization active, disciplined and successful.
Reason 2: Dedication to NG
NG has been one of the most fun and rewarding experiences of my roleplay career. I have had the opportunity to work with seasoned officers and leadership members to better understand law enforcement roleplay and the inner workings of a department.
As a EX Brigadier General I have seen the strengths of the organization and where improvements can be made. I want to help NG grow using my experience and knowledge while keeping it professional, active, and high-quality roleplay.
Reason 3: Understanding of the City
My experience on both the legal side and the criminal side of roleplay has given me a good understanding of how different organizations work, and how they interact with each other. This view helps me make fair decisions, work well with other legal organizations, and create fun roleplay situations for the community.
I also have a good understanding of server rules, state laws and organizational procedures that will help me to lead NG responsibly and professionally.

Promotion Cermony :
On this day all logs will be checked from the joining date to promotion day. This will be memorable and a honor to the soliders where they will be promoted with honor and great bonuses will be issued for them.

- No Favoritism: Every single member will be treated with absolute equality, ensuring a fair and just environment for everyone
- Strategic Coverage: Continuous vigilance and secure coverage will be strictly maintained at both the north and south gates.
- External Relations & Public Events: Strong, positive relationships will be maintained with all other organizations by actively assisting in situations, while engaging community events will be hosted regularly for the citizens.
- Activity Bonuses: A performance-based incentive structure will be put in place to increase bonuses for the most active members of the organization.
- Comprehensive Development: The organizational pipeline will guide and support members all the way from their initial trainee phase to becoming completely confident operatives.
- Enhanced Training: Skills of Members will be improved regularly through regular updates of knowledge and structural improvements
- Prioritized for external situations and joint organizational events. Maximize turnout: Active participation and maximum presence.
