Leader of The Bloods Street Gang.
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
After staying long time in the city and i know i have that quality and knowledge to lead a gang in a proper way. I can lead with maturity and discipline ensuring all members follow the rules and regulation while making Bloods as a most fearless and dominated gang in ghetto
I can maintain a gang which is active, spread crime and activity and i will give everyone a chance to prove themselves as a powerful gang member and my aim will be to handle all events by myself and not to get any pressure in my deputies and that will be good for my member
As a Leader I know my responsibilities and seriousness. I will make sure that every criminal activity will go under obeying the server rules and regulations. and I believe that I have excellent problem-solving and decision making skill which will help me to make my term succesfull
Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
I will Make sure that Every gang member will participate in the events and show their activity.
As toxicity were seen in gang I will make sure that in my term no one will do that and behave like a Gentleman
I will try to do maximum Hostage Situation, FZ Raids, Gang Raids, Store Robberies, and Other events to make my term the most active and successful.
