Dear Senior Admin / Chief Admin Slim Capello,
I am writing this complaint directly to you because my account has been handed an incredibly unfair, one-sided 3-day ban due to a highly rushed and low-effort evaluation by the checking administration.
ban issued/revieiwed by Assistant Admin Rezwan Maddy. The 37-second POV accepted against me is a clear case of malicious clip-farming and baiting.
The reporting player broke General Rule 6.7 (NLR) by returning to a Family Money Machine event less than 15 minutes after dying. When they were downed again, they intentionally stayed on the ground typing in chat to provoke a reaction. My comments at the beginning of their clip—reminding them of the NLR rule and stating "you can't come back after you die"—were a direct, frustrated response to their blatant rule breaks, not unprovoked toxicity.
The reporting player heavily edited their footage to completely hide their own multiple NLR violations and their tactical provocation on the floor.
Furthermore,The administrators accepted a highly cropped, 37-second clip without conducting a thorough review or looking at the broader context of the event. Issuing a 3-day ban based solely on a short, manipulated video—while completely ignoring the reporting player's blatant rule-breaking—is an unfair and low-effort evaluation. I am asking for a fair, higher-level review of the full logs so that both sides are evaluated equally.
