On behave of SAHP RPly its possible to run serial numbers found on the cars without plates.
Understanble when do properly of
/me Searches car hood for serial numbers
But for future reference I will consult with the Senior State Administrator on the final decision of meta gaming.
As for the fines, if you were finned improperly based off the Traffic Code, find a lawyer.
