I was working as a long-haul truck driver and had stopped in the right lane for a small job. Another driver deliberately changed lanes and caused an accident by hitting me. He then said "I'm sorry" and got back into his car. Afterwards, he insulted me in Turkish. I respectfully request that the necessary procedures be carried out. Thank you.
