Event details:

Intelligence agencies have just uncovered a horrifying secret deep within the wilderness of Mount Chiliad. A twisted, highly armed cannibalistic cult has been operating out of an isolated mountain camp. Worse yet, they have successfully ambushed a government convoy and kidnapped the President of San Andreas, bringing him up the mountain to their ritual grounds.
The cultists have fully fortified the Altruist Camp with barricades, watchtowers, and heavy weaponry, prepared to sacrifice the President and defend their territory to the death.
Recognizing the extreme crisis, the Government has authorized an all-out emergency deployment. A joint task force consisting of the LSPD, SAHP, FIB, and National Guard has completely surrounded the base of Mount Chiliad. The LEOs must fight their way up the steep, treacherous mountain paths, breach the camp's wooden gates, neutralize every single cultist, and extract the President safely. The Cultists must hold their ground, repel the waves of state forces, and ensure the government fails. The fate of the state sits at the highest peak in San Andreas.


Role of Each Organization Involved:

• Terrorists (The Cultists): Eliminate all invading LEO forces and defend the Altruist Camp ritual grounds at all costs.
• LEOs (Joint Task Force): Storm Mount Chiliad, breach the camp perimeter, eliminate the cultists, and secure the area to rescue the President.

• All Active Gangs (Cultist / Terrorist Side)

Vehicles and Weapons Needed:

Terrorist Side

• Technicals / Rebels (Off-road trucks)

LEO Side:

• Kamachis
• Grangers

Both Sides:

• Special Carbine
• Assault Rifle
• Body Armor (Mandatory)

Admin Requirements:

• Teleport and spawn Terrorists (Cultists) inside the Altruist Cult Camp.
• Teleport and spawn LEO forces at the bottom mountain trails / Chiliad base.
• Place a customized VIP/President NPC prop or marker at the center of the camp altar.
• Distribute designated weapons, ammunition, and heavy armor to all participants.
• Change LEOs into official tactical/combat gear outfits.
• Change Terrorists into rugged, cultist/cannibal-themed civilian outfits.
• Monitor the mountain paths and camp gates to ensure fair play and no early clipping.

Rules of the event:

• Only event-spawned vehicles and weapons are allowed.
• No entry into the camp before the official admin global countdown starts.
• No Drugs allowed during the event.
• No Juices, Cannabis, or Cocaine allowed.
• Utilizing helicopters or flying vehicles to bypass the mountain trails is strictly forbidden.
• Follow all admin instructions at all times.
• Failure to comply results in immediate removal from the event.

How is the event won?

• Terrorist Victory: If the Cultists successfully wipe out all LEO forces and maintain control of the camp, Terrorists win.
• LEO Victory: If LEOs successfully wipe out all Cultists and secure the President at the altar, LEOs win.

Prize for the winner: $400,000 Cash Prize split among the winning side.
