In-Game Name & ID: Himanshu Antil (108964)
Rule Number: GR 6.2 – Disconnecting during RP situation
Date of Punishment: 13.06.2026
Time in Server: 15:37
Time in Real: 19:43:29
Admin Who Issued Punishment: Ronan Bale
Explanation:
My game crashed unexpectedly while I was caught by a gang on the highway. I had accidentally fallen from a helicopter and died, then the gang arrived and healed me. Immediately after that, the game crashed and a crash pop‑up appeared. Because I use NVIDIA recording, my POV stopped automatically when the game closed, so no footage exists after the crash.
To make the video manageable, I trimmed the original 5‑hour recording using Clideo, keeping only the relevant part around the crash. I did not intentionally log out or try to avoid RP. After relogging, I received a GR 6.2 warning and was placed in prison.
Additionally, I checked Windows Event Viewer logs, which confirm that GTA V terminated at the exact time of the incident. This supports that the disconnect was due to a genuine crash, not intentional rule‑breaking.
Proof:
- POV video (YouTube link above)
- Windows Event Viewer crash log Screenshot available if required
Request:
I kindly request removal of the GR 6.2 warning and release from prison, as this was due to a genuine crash and not intentional rule‑breaking.
Thank you for reviewing my appeal.
