1. Leader of Federal Investigation Bureau
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-I've been playing RP for over 3 years, and I'm more of a state-side guy, so why not lead the FIB myself? My time has come. I'm currently the best version of myself, and if I get the leadership of FIB, I'll make it the best one.
I wanted to become a leader back in 2024, and I tried at that time, but I got rejected due to some reasons. I decided to gain even more experience, so 2 years have passed, and now I'm here applying for FIB again. This time, there will be no going back.
- FIB back in 2024, when I first got the HC position, was much more active than it is today. Therefore, I plan to bring back experienced members and restore the organization's former strength to make my term as active and successful as possible.
I will bring in people who are motivated to participate in RP, not people who join FIB only to use its authority. I will increase RP by creating case files on gangs, conducting BM raids, and helping members who come from other organizations become professional FIB agents.
- Taking over FIB will be new journey for me, and new biggest responsibility for me and my deputies. i will make sure to make my term best even tough it will be my first time getting a leader position, I have spent years gaining experience in state organizations, learning how they operate, and understanding what makes a leadership term successful. I know there will be challenges along the way, but I am ready to face them and give my full effort to the organization. My goal is to leave behind an active, professional, and enjoyable FIB for everyone involved.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-
- Keep good communication with all state organizations and work together whenever needed.
- Encourage agents to create their own RP situations instead of only focusing on arrests and using their authority.
- Train new agents properly so they understand how FIB works and what is expected from them.
- Recruit officers from other organizations who are interested in joining FIB and becoming part of the team.
- Make sure there are active FIB agents online throughout the day instead of having low activity during certain hours.
- Work closely with my HR team to keep recruiting new members and maintain healthy numbers in the organization. I want people to see that FIB can stay active and strong no matter the situation.
I would like to wish the best of luck to all the other candidates applying for FIB leadership.
