Rejected Complain againsg Michael Morell

Dear CoP,
I got Banned for the Rule 4.1. Michael Morell speaks me an 9999 Days Ban out (Permament Ban) I am very Confused about this because in the Rules its 60 Days. I logged in my Account after 60 Days and saw this. I heard Multi Cheater become an Permament Ban but i am not an Multicheater? So i Think it was a false ban.

PS: Im Not Really good in Englisch so Sorry.
