2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- Unfortunately, Vagos has been suffering from lack of action and poor terms, resulting in either premature disbands or absence of any representation in the ghetto area altogether. My aim is to take control of Los Santos Vagos and bring back the yellow color to supremacy in our city. I would like to revive the gang by building a dynamic atmosphere of actions and competition against rival gangs and other state formations.
- The primary objective for this term is to ensure we dominate turf 100%. For now, I have already chosen a committed and highly professional team of turfers and also a solid base of members prepared to follow me. Our aim will be consistent performance in terms of pulling numbers at all hourly events. In turn, this will make us the toughest opponents among rivals.
- Although I have never held a position of Leader before, I have spent a long time understanding the basics necessary to lead an effective gang. Being a novice means that I am hungry, dedicated and full of energy. This will enable me to give it my all for the sake of improving Vagos.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Roleplay standards come from up above. It is essential for me to maintain a high standard of presence on the ground. Rather than penalizing new members for their mistakes, my High Command will teach them how to navigate the server mechanics, understand the concept of fear roleplay, and follow the guidelines when escalating.
Any gang that is toxic will no longer exist within our gang ranks. We will ensure a disciplined atmosphere where members receive due respect from the gang’s leaders, and hence a cohesive brotherhood can be maintained. Nonetheless, any potential member will have to go through intensive vetting because only trolls will not join.
In order to maintain the life of the server, we will plan illegal acts in a more organized way. We will make the most out of the highway robbery, as well as the ghetto clapping. On top of that, we will challenge state organizations with quality global events such as Fort Zancudo invasion and hostage negotiations.Being able to organize, manage, and plan an event as an Unofficial Organizer, I know exactly what it takes to get players involved without official scripting bonuses. It is now time to take all the experience and enthusiasm and use it to set up a record for this Vagos term on the server.
