Regarding the incident in question, the video provided is heavily edited and only presents events from the complainant's perspective. Our friend was inside the building while multiple people were actively shooting downstairs. The footage does not clearly show who fired the final shot or where it originated from.
It is also important to note that our friend had already left the front of the building before the alleged fatal shot was fired. We did not randomly open fire without reason, and the circumstances leading up to the incident have been completely omitted from the submitted evidence.
Additionally, the movement visible further ahead from the complainant's point of view consists of their own associates. The conflict had already started in that area and gradually moved toward this location. Despite that, we still approached only up to the front of the house and acted in accordance with the server rules. This context is completely missing from the submitted footage, creating a misleading impression of the events.
Furthermore, the administrator issued an RDM punishment without sufficient proof that I was responsible for the kill. The evidence does not clearly demonstrate that I fired the shot in question, nor does it establish my direct involvement beyond reasonable doubt. The complainants were positioned on the rooftop while multiple individuals were exchanging gunfire, making it impossible to determine responsibility based solely on the provided clip.
I have previously raised concerns regarding this administrator's conduct, and I believe this punishment was issued without a proper and objective review of the evidence. For these reasons, I strongly dispute the accusation and respectfully request that both warnings and the punishment issued against me be removed.
